This portion of the Tunis Sports City site is where the primary sports academy amenities are located. These have been placed here for the following reasons:

- Centrally located within Tunis Sports City

- Good vehicular access

These elements are defined by large amounts of open space themed to a particular sport. Additionally, there is a sub-station adjacent, which will need to be buffered through landscape planting.

Tunis Sports City offers sports facilities such as enclosed areas of sports pavilions, stadiums, gymnasiums, health spas, boxing arenas, swimming pools, roller and ice rinks, billiard halls, bowling alleys., etc...
